Generating Certificates

The Certificate Wizard guides you through creating compliant and professional certificates. You can launch it from the Dashboard or the Certificates page.

Step 1: Select Template

Choose the certificate template you wish to use (e.g., CUSMA/USMCA). The template determines the layout and required fields.

Step 2: Select Orders

Based on the certificate type you choose, select the relevant orders:

• Single Certificate: Select one eligible order.
• Batch Certificate: Select multiple eligible orders for the same importer. The wizard will combine them into a single certificate.
• Blanket Certificate: Select one or more orders to establish the product list for a certificate that covers a future period.

Step 3: Fill in Details

Complete the certificate form. This includes:

• Party Information: Certifier, Exporter, Importer, and Producer details. Your merchant profile will be used as the default for the Certifier and Exporter.
• Blanket Period: If creating a Blanket Certificate, specify the start and end dates (up to 12 months).
• Producer Disclosure: For CUSMA, select how producer information should be handled.

Step 4: Review & Generate

Review all the information for accuracy. When ready, click Generate & Download. COO Studio will create a professional, print-ready PDF and save a record of the certificate in the app.
