Importing Data via CSV

COO Studio includes a powerful CSV importer that allows you to bulk-add data from any source.

How to Import from CSV

1. Navigate to the Import Data page.
2. Select the appropriate tab for the data you wish to import: Orders, Products, or Manufacturers.
3. Click the Upload CSV button and select your file.
4. The Column Mapper dialog will appear.

Using the Column Mapper

The Column Mapper allows you to match the columns in your CSV file to the required data fields in COO Studio.

1. Use a Preset (Optional): If your CSV is from a known source like WooCommerce or Shopify, select the corresponding preset from the dropdown to automatically map the columns.
2. Manual Mapping: For each column in your CSV (listed on the left), select the corresponding COO Studio field from the dropdown on the right.
3. Required Fields: Ensure all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mapped. The progress indicator at the top will confirm when all required fields are mapped.
4. Data Preview: The mapper shows a preview of the first few rows of your file to help you confirm the correct mappings.
5. Click Import to begin the process.
