What are the differences between the Starter, Premium, and Lifetime plans?
The Starter plan is free and allows you to generate certificates with some usage limits (25 products, 50 orders). The Premium plan is a monthly or annual subscription that unlocks unlimited usage and automation features like e-commerce sync. The Lifetime plan gives you all Premium features forever for a single one-time payment. See our pricing table above for a full comparison.
What happens if I hit my limits on the free plan?
Your existing data is always safe and accessible. If you reach the 25-product or 50-order limit, you will simply be unable to add more until you upgrade to Premium. You can still view, edit, and generate certificates for your existing data.
Can I switch between monthly and annual Premium billing?
Yes, you can change your billing frequency from your account settings. When switching from monthly to annual, you'll be credited for any unused time on your monthly subscription. Annual billing saves you 16% compared to monthly pricing.
How do I move my data to a new computer?
Use the Export Data feature to download a secure JSON file to your computer. Import this file on your new device to transfer all your certificates, products, and settings.
What's your refund policy?
Premium subscriptions can be canceled at any time and you won't be charged for subsequent billing periods. The Premium Lifetime plan is non-refundable but includes all future updates. Contact support for any billing questions.
