Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your central hub for managing your certificate of origin workflow. It provides an at-a-glance overview of your data and quick access to common tasks.

Statistics Cards

At the top of the dashboard, you will find four key metrics:

• Total Certificates: A count of all certificates you have generated.
• Active Products: The number of products currently in your catalog.
• Pending Orders: Orders that require review, often due to unrecognized products.
• Manufacturers: The total number of manufacturers in your database.

Compliance Alert

If you have imported orders containing products that are not yet in your catalog, a Catalog Reconciliation Required alert will appear. This prompt will take you to the Reconciliation page to resolve these unrecognized SKUs.

Quick Actions

This section provides shortcuts to the most common workflows in COO Studio:

• Generate Certificates: Start the wizard to create a Single, Batch, or Blanket certificate.
• Import Orders: Navigate to the data import page.
• Add Product / Manufacturer: Go directly to the catalog management pages.

Recent Certificates

The dashboard displays your three most recently generated certificates. From here, you can quickly:

• Preview the certificate details.
• Download the certificate as a PDF.
