Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how WebMe Media Group Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use COO Studio software and visit our website at getcoostudio.com (the "Service").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

Information We Collect

Website Information

When you visit our website, we may collect:

  • Basic analytics data (page views, referral sources, general location)
  • Technical information (browser type, device type, IP address)
  • Contact information you voluntarily provide (email address when contacting support)

COO Studio Application Data

Important: COO Studio is designed as an offline-first application. Your certificate data, trade information, and business documents are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

  • All certificate data remains on your local machine
  • No trade information is transmitted to external servers
  • Application usage statistics (anonymous, aggregated only)
  • Error reports (only if you choose to send them)

Our Privacy Promise: Your Data is Yours.

To be perfectly clear, here is what our local-first approach means for you:

  • We cannot see your orders, products, manufacturers, or the certificates you generate.
  • Your sensitive trade data is never sent to our servers.
  • If our website were ever offline, you could still access and use the app with your local data (after the first visit).
  • You have total control to permanently delete your data by clearing it from your browser.

This design gives you the privacy of a desktop app with the convenience of a web app. The only trade-off is that you are responsible for backing up your data.
